IJ Start Canon Pixma G2012
Canon Pixma G2012 Reviews– Canon, a leading manufacturer and vintage player in image processing, recently launched the Canon Pixma G2012 in India. The printer boasts a really huge ink tank, which is very easy to maintain for the user. The printer is a multi-function MFP and contains four large ink tanks for each CMYK color.
The Canon Pixma G2012 is a reusable reusable printer specifically designed for high volume printing. The printer is designed for small businesses, schools, etc., where a lot of printing is necessary on a daily basis. G2012 can print, scan and copy at speeds up to 8 pages per minute in black and 5 pages per minute in color. Photos can be printed in about one minute.
The printer has a maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and has a total of 1,472 nozzles that eject high-resolution images onto paper. Three color tanks and one black tank make up the printer’s ink tank, each color (CMY) holds up to 70 ml, and black (K) can hold 135 ml of ink. Ink comes in a bottle, and all you need to do is just open the lid of the tanks and pour out the bottle. Ink tanks are visible from the front to help the consumer physically see the ink level in each tank and refill or refill the ink whenever it requires it. While the black ink tank is on the left, three color tanks are on the right. Each tank is connected to the print head using long pipes. The print head is also a replaceable component, so the consumer can replace it when it goes bad or dries. The print heads are located on the movable bracket of the printer.
The printer has a foldable top-loading paper tray that can hold up to 100 sheets at a time. The front output tray folds, but does not completely cover the compartment, allowing dust to settle inside. The printer does not support duplex printing, so the user can manually flip the paper for duplex printing. Adding a duplex mechanism today is a huge requirement for saving on paper, and Canon could also register this printer with the same design.
Moving away from the printer, the MFD has a built-in flatbed scanner, but is not equipped with an ADF. The scanner has an optical resolution of 600 x 1200 dpi in 24-bit mode and can scan A4 documents in color at a speed of about 32 seconds. The printer and scanner together create a photocopier that can scan and print black copies as desired. Multiple copies can be printed at one time, up to 20 copies in each batch.
Canon Pixma G2012 works through a regular USB 2.0 port connected to a PC. There is no wireless connection or Ethernet port that could use this MFD as a network printer, which makes it almost unsuitable for use in the office or in the office. The printer has a sturdy all-plastic case and has a matte finish.
At the top is a control panel with a simple and very simple 1.2-inch LCD for indicating the number of copies. In total, six physical buttons are available for turning on, maintaining, counting copies, stop / cancel, and copying in black and color. The buttons are very tactile and large enough for good ergonomics. The rear panel has a power connector and a USB port.
